Why do you offer so many services?

Our goal is to support startups, small and medium sized businesses in growth. Through our hub and network, we are able to work closely with our clients and support them in their endeavors. Often, business owners and those looking to start their own businesses find that there are so many businesses offering specialized professional services. It can make it difficult or overwhelming to find a trusted company who understand your goals. As a central hub and one stop shop, it takes the stress of searching to allow businesses to focus on what's important to them - success and growth!
Where do you work?

We work with clients located all over the world. We operate as virtually as possible to help keep the costs of our services down. This also means we are able to connect and work with small business wherever they are located. We are often able to visit clients in person if they are located in Cambridge (UK), Brisbane (Aus), Sandton (RSA).
How are you able to offer so many services?

Our goal is to help businesses succeed which requires support in different areas. By working with freelancers, contractors and other trusted local businesses, we are able to find the resources and skillset we need to offer the highest level of support to our customers that we possible can.
Why don't you have a phone number on your website?

The best way to contact us is via e-mail, our website's contact form or web chat. These methods allow us to provide you with a better service as we will be able to contact you back if we miss you which isn't always possible through a missed call.
What makes you different?

We are a small boutique with and operate in a similar way to family run businesses. We understand the journey that startups and SMEs are on. Our business is focused on ensuring success and growth. Too many small businesses fail over the same hurdles and due to a lack of support. We want to see this change and and are here to help we. To us, business and community are intrinsically linked. Communities that thrive help grow businesses and visa-versa. As members ourselves, we want to see our community thrive. This means as a business, we have to be a positive contributor.
